Coaching Sessions
Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes and can be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis. Whether you’re looking for one-off sessions or a more structured coaching program, I offer flexibility to suit your needs.

- Single Session – £75 (Virtual, 60 minutes)
- Single Session – £100 (Face-to-Face in Plymouth, 60 minutes – available upon request)

Free Consultation
I offer a 15-minute free rapport call (virtual), with no obligation. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals and needs, and to ensure we’re a good fit for working together. To make the most of this call, you’ll be asked to complete a short form prior to our meeting.
Payment and Session Details
To confirm your session, payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Payment details will be provided once you’ve chosen your preferred session package. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
Coaching Agreement & Terms
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll formalize our coaching relationship through a Coaching Agreement. This document will outline the expectations of both parties, ensuring clear communication throughout the coaching process. Confidentiality is paramount, and all information shared will remain private.
Session Format & Availability
Coaching sessions can be conducted via video link (MS Teams, Setmore, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp) or phone.
Session Availability:
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Tuesday to Friday: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
If you have any questions between sessions, feel free to reach out for clarification.
Ongoing Support
At the end of your program, we’ll review your progress, and you can opt to continue working with me on a periodic basis for check-ins or ‘top-up’ sessions as needed.
Feedback and Improvement:
Your feedback is important! At the end of our agreed program, I’ll send you a feedback survey to ensure I’m providing the best service possible and to improve for future clients.
